Eolo: analysis of GPS deformation data (in development)

Eolo was written by Mauro Amore, Alessandro Bonaccorso, Ferrucio Ferrari and Mario Mattia from IIV and Systema Poseidon. A white paper was written on Eolo but some changes have been made since. The latest version uses GeoGenius for processing RINEX files.

Eolo automatically analyses deformation data from a GPS network and computes strain information. A visual interface is provided to display results. Alarms can be set if ranges are exceeded.

a) Example of distance changes normalized by the initial length of each baseline (i.e., Dl / l) between three benchmarks of the continuous GPS network at Stromboli. The values are obtained by processing RINEX files.
